Return Policy

At Swans, we strive to serve our loyal customers as best we can and want you to love each and every item you purchase.  Please refer to the following rules for clear instructions:


-All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.

-Original receipt must be present  to scan barcode - regular or gift receipt. (Otherwise we cannot find your transaction.)

-Items purchased from the Bargain Basement are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

-Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

-Returns will be issued store credit for the amount originally purchased.

      *Store credits do not expire.  Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.

-An item taken on “Approval” cannot be returned after 30 days and must be paid in full.  We reserve the right to add charges to any “Approval” that requires a statement sent.

-We stand by the product we sell, but are not responsible for wear and tear after purchase.

  
Swans reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
